Barefooting is well-proven, natural and healthy.
Well-developed bare feet enable a better, more healthy and more elegant body motion than any footwear would allow.
Nature has intended that our soles connect with the ground with every step - intensely and directly, for our well-being.
Nature didn't give us hooves without the function of reflexology, with good cause.
The so-called earthing with every step is beneficial, too.

Perhaps some of you watching the pictures can get a clue that it is not very smart to persist on wearing shoes (or sandals) outside, if not absolutely necessary.
