U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) prepares Army conventional forces (active, National Guard, and Army Reserve) to provide a sustained flow of trained and ready land power to U.S. Department of Defense Combatant Commanders in defense of the Nation at home and abroad.

 

FORSCOM is a four-star command headquartered at Fort Bragg, N.C. and his nearly two dozen subordinate commands throughout the continental United States, including I Corps (Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash.); III Corps (Fort Cavazos, Texas); XVIII Airborne Corps (Fort Bragg, N.C.); U.S. Army Reserve Command (Fort Bragg, N.C.); and First Army (Rock Island Arsenal, Ill.).
