The USA Dry Pea & Lentil Council promotes and protects the interests of the dry pea, lentil and chickpea industry. The actual building sits on the state line between Pullman, Washington and Moscow, Idaho, but the Council represents the entire nation's growing regions which stretches from the Pacific Northwest through Montana and North Dakota.
