Her name is Nurafiah Taufik and used to be called Uphie. She graduated as an architect (2008) from Pelita harapan University, Tanggerang and She worked as an Architect and Urban Designer in PT Urbane Indonesia (2008-2011). Currently, she is a Master Candidate from Tarumanagara University as a Planner,Jakarta (2013).

Recently, she active in Tarumanagara University's various projects such as supporting by making and responsible for design layout, data research and production; mock-ups and final book in "Conference on Urban Revolution in the age of Global Urbanism" ( Jan - March 2012). Then, She is supporting "Urban Living Laboratory" as a researcher and assistant to Head of Department, Mr.Jo Santoso. Examples of her research include : Rawabelong and Cipadu Creative Community with Simone Abdoulmaliq, Meyriana Kesuma and Diah Tri Irawaty (2009).

She took part of competitions, such as New Museum of Asia Africa Conference ( 2010 ) and Siliwangi Pedestrian Bridge ( 2011 ) and awarded as a first runner up.

She was active in social works; The supporting team in "One Village One Playground", Babakan Asih, Bandung ( 2009 ) and "Re-iventing Bandung" in order to "Hellar Festival", Bandung in 2008.

However, while she is on break from her University's activities;assignments and exams, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and Photography.
