PMC, or precious metal clay, allows me to express myself artistically in ways that traditional casting and fabrication methods do not. The materials affinity for texture, flexibility of form and design, and choices of finishing techniques make it ideal for me as an artist. I have highly varied artistic influences from ancient and classical, to pop and modern, and work in PMC almost exclusively. I don't think of my work as simply jewelry, but rather wearable sculpture.
