In the years since I’ve been blessed enough to know Shannon, she has always had remarkable creativity. I used to marvel at her drawings, which were so detailed and beyond compare. Not only has she been one of the most beautiful women I’ve ever known – far prettier than any model, and much more down-to-earth, but she’s thoughtful and innovative. She is still my favorite photographer because she captures the beauty of simplicity and the joy of the “every day.”

Shannon is such a down-to earth human being, that it is always a joy to check out her photostream and see what she has been up to. She has a very tongue-in-cheek sense of humor and apparently knows how to appreciate life no matter what cards are dealt her. I always look forward to her visits and her responses to my often off the wall comments on her photostream. Just look at her photostream, you'll find some real gems in there, and I'm not just talking about the green emeralds she has for eyes.
