My graphic art work probably covers too many kinds and genres. I like classic photography, image manipulation and photomontage.

I'm eclectic in art as in life. Of French, Polish and British parentage for a start, I lived as a child in Paris, London and the Italian riviera. I began with graphic design, moved on to film and photography. After moving to Japan in 1979, I turned to advertising and freelance journalism. I wrote books: "Pink Samurai," "National Geographic Traveler Series Guide to Japan", etc.

I went back to the UK in 1990 and dried up. I still haven't got over the shock.

I could be accused of diletantism, of being a jack-of-all-trades. Too bad; I've had fun!

I like being in touch with reality, but I don't want to live there.
