At the tender age of *mumble* 50 *mumble* plus *ahem* years I am finally trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up. After owning a few bookstores around the US I have settled down in a small, but adorable house situated on a lake, with the beach just a few short miles away.

Crafts have always been my life... and now I have the time to pursue them. I sew as easily as most people breathe, so quilting is very high on my list of favorites; however recently I dabble in mixed art charms for trading. I belong to the yahoo group ArtCharms, a Dotee Swap-Bot group via the Internet, The Alliance of American Quilters, and have just fallen in love with Internet based Quilt Alongs. Semi-retirement is going to be FUN!
