The University of Kentucky is one of 20 university and college teams selected by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to design and construct a solar house. The home will be constructed on the Mall in Washington D.C. in October 2009. Design, construction and promotion are underway at the University of Kentucky right now as the s.ky blue team.
