Our primary objective is to support and enhance the educational, research and public service mission of the University by providing services and facilities in the planning, coordination, and execution of conference programs.

 

Our Services:

 

Meeting Space

We manage the year-round rental of the Loma Pelona Center, a multipurpose facility located on the west side of the main UCSB campus. The 8000-square-foot layout includes two auditorium style rooms with sliding partitions, a recreation room, and restrooms. An outdoor patio offers spectacular views of the campus lagoon.

 

Summer Apartment Rental

We rent out University-owned apartment units during the summer months when UCSB is not is session.

 

Summer Conference Packages & Planning

We sell bundled housing and dining packages for summer conferences, camps, and retreats, as well as coordinate meeting space, catering, audio/visual equipment, and other related services.

 

Full Meeting Management

We coordinate on- and off-campus accommodation, conference meals, program logistics, financial management, online registration, on-site registration, fee collection, and audio-visual support.

 

West Cottages

We coordinate reservations, reception, and housekeeping for the West Cottages, a residential venue located on the UCSB West Campus for scholars/faculty and those conducting University of California business.
