UC Irvine Graduate Division
Drag to set position!
UC Irvine is a major research university, and a member of the prestigious Association of American Universities which consists of the 61 premier research institutions in North America. In the most recent National Science Foundation ranking, Irvine placed 34th nationally in the number of doctoral degrees conferred. The UCIrvine Graduate Division provides leadership on all graduate education matters, working with students from all over the world to engage in study, teaching and research in the pursuit of a master's or Ph.D. degree. We promote academic integrity and greater understanding by supplying information, guidance and support to the campus community and beyond. Our aim is to enhance the educational experience by working closely on all matters related to graduate student life: academic progress and advocacy, fellowships, funding and financial support, diversity, employment and professional development. From the time a student considers applying to the time a degree is awarded, and beyond, the Graduate Division works hard to enrich the UCIrvine experience for graduate students and to guide their journey to the professoriate and other professional opportunities.
