I'm a busy work at home super grandma. I nanny my grandson by day (9hrs) and run an etsy fabric shop, www.etsy.com/shop/uberstitch?ref=si_shop by night. (and during nap time) Occasionally I blog at www.uberstitch.blogspot.com. I squeeze in quilting and sleeping when I can. I love swaps as it forces me to schedule quilting time, and I end up with something for myself. :)

FYI for my swap partner, my mail goes to a PO box, which we only check maybe once a week. I sometimes forget I get a package in return (but it's great to be surprised) so it may take a little longer to hear from me.

My likes: colors - favorites - green and blue, red, aqua,white, and black, most any others in brighter clear tones. I like texty fabric, low volume, and textured fabrics, tone on tone. I like small florals and prints.

Carolyn Friedlander, Karen Lewis and Lonni Rossi are some of my favorite fabric designers.

I can always use a seam ripper, my fave candy is caramel. Living in Florida, chocolate gets melted.

Style: Modern, whimsical and fun, traditional with a twist and modern colors. Love house blocks, log cabins, plus quilts, stars and new york beauties.

dislikes: browns and purples, (unless it's aubergine with green) no rainbows please.

I'm not crazy about samplers.
