I started this hobby in the summer of 2008. I drive truck for a living and thought it would be interesting to share my experiences with my wife and children. So off to the big box store I went to buy a P&S and after a discussion with the sales guy, and no not the sales guy from the big box store but Macintosh rep that was in the store and a photo enthusiast, I walked out with my Nikon D60.

Through trial & error, practice and some web research, I learned how to try and take better picture and am still continuing to learn. My biggest help though this process has been a McDonald's cup and some time.
