I'm a 40 something guy from Nebraska. It's just me and my dog Lily right now. While I've traveled around from time to time I think I'll always end up here in Nebraska, but who knows! One thing for sure, "You can take the boy out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the boy!"

I've been taking pictures since I was seven??? or there abouts. Photography has always been something that's been around in my family as long as I can remember thanks to couple of shutter bug Grandmothers, Mom & Dad.

After a couple year hiatus from taking pictures I was given my first digital camera, thanks Dad & Elaine (Mom 2.0)! I've really enjoyed taking pictures and sharing them with my Dad the last several years. He died of cancer in the fall of 2007. I decided that sharing pictures is not something I wanted to give up. I really enjoy trying to capture and share some of this wonderful world around us.

I'm almost always tinkering on something and I find a camera is usually close by to snap a picture of something that's caught my eye.
