I started taking photo's regularly when I got a reasonable camera (2008) so I don't have a great deal of experience.

I have to admit that i do enjoy getting out and taking plenty of shots and then messing with them to make them look better.

I'm currently using Nikon D80, 10-20mm, 18-200mm, 50mm F1.4.

Recently added Nikon D300S, trying to get used to playing with it, need a serious outing rather than the usual selfies lol

There are so many talented people here on Flickr and i have to say that i've had so much inspiration from such people. There's also quite a few prima donna's that are idolised and have a cult following.......... i'm not saying that they don't have talent......... i guess i just don't like being part of the flock.

All my images are open for anyone to view, friends are generally genuine friends, contacts are usually contacts, just explaining why i don't immediately add people as friends lol

Feel free to give constructive criticism on any of my uploads, i'm here to be inspired and learn :)

Apologies for some of the descriptions but i wear my heart on my sleeve and often use my images as a kind of therapy, so if you don't like to know what is going on inside my mind, don't read the descriptions lol

Before i let you get away, I've also trained to be an equine dentist, hence my website. I was trained in Germany and Canada. I don't make a living out of it here in the UK because the market isn't ready for the Louis Pequin style of equine dentistry, which is a damn shame because it is the best dentistry for our equine friends.
