Amrita is so incredibly creative, artistic, FRIENDLY, and an all around wunderkind in the kitchen. Not only that, but she goes out of her way to help others achieve the wonderful results she does with her pastries, and especially, those amazing macarons! I'm so glad I've been lucky enough to 'talk baking' with her at egullet, and I only hope to one day get my hands on some of her luscious creations! Until then, I'll just live (and drool) vicariously through her marvelous photos. :)

Amrita is really an angel; an astoundingly good cook, pâtissier, stylist and a generous and wonderful flickr friend. At her tender age, she has already accumulated an amazing number of beautiful recipes which she cooks and presents to perfection. Her blog is also entertaining and honest, interesting and funny - just like I imagine Amrita to be. Her cupcakes are cool, her macarons are marvellous and her gateaux are gorgeously gratifying. She can cater for any party of mine, any time - I would trust her completely and be delighted to eat her sensational surprises. And, to top it all off, we were both born on the same date (me SEVERAL years earlier!), so she really is my soul sister!
