A mom, grandma, teacher, life-long learner, and newbie at photography...

She was no longer a newbie, but an amazing, inquisitive, creative photographer who always thrived on teaching and learning new things.

This is Michael Lobby, Laura's son. She sadly passed away on April 29, 2015. She was with her family and animal companions on the farm, looking out the big picture window in her apartment when she passed into the next world.

I am grateful to have found her Flickr account. I am now able to relive her legacy over the last several years through her amazing photography.

Thank you to everyone who connected with her. Her life online and all the friends she made through photography really kept her happy and truckin' along until the end.
