I'm a certified art teacher (B.A. in Fine Arts). In 2005 I suffered a diving accident, which left me paralyzed from my chest down. I've always had a love for art & miss teaching very much. Currently I work from home as an artist. I enjoy working in oil on canvas. I paint with my mouth & am a "scholarship" member of AMFPA. I enjoy painting still lives, and am especially passionate about painting images about my accident/feelings. I hope that people can gain a small understanding of what it's like to have spinal cord injury through my work. It's important to me that people care about SCIs & research for a cure.
