I have been doing bird photography for personal interest for more than 15 years. Cameras included canon 20D and 5D, 7D and 5D III, 5D iv, and now Canon R5. I mostly shoot with 400 mm F5.6, sometimes with 1.4 or 2.0 extender. I also use 70-200 f2.8 L with a 2.0 extender, and recently the canon RF 100-500mm with both 1.4 and 2.0 extenders.

I shoot all kinds of birds-- common ones as well as rare ones that I have seen only once. I travel a lot in my business, and always take my camera a try and get in some shooting.

I tend to follow those Flickr members who appear to take photos similar to mine, or who have special interests that attract me.

Compositional photography is an interest as well.
