Most of these pictures I don't remember actually taking.

Time passes in the finely woven continuity that is time, and these are tiny stills and frozen moments of a vast river we all too seldom stop to appreciate.

I'm still trying to figure out how to take a picture of my right hand without the risk of dropping my camera. I wonder why they don't make left-handed SLR's.

Karl's a really cool guy, with a talent for capturing the real bare essence of things. I'm constantly in awe of how he takes some crazy Icelandic landscape, and makes it look like the surface of Mars. They probably aren't too far off though... :P
