I'm 42 years old and love to travel. I don't claim to be a pro photographer but I love to have fun with it. I've climbed up sand dunes, slipped on trails in the rainforest and floated through the Okavango Delta. I'm pretty hard on my camera and It's finally starting to kick the bucket but I put it to good use. Sometimes I have to remind myself that flickr is supposed to be fun. There's so many people pushing their careers that it's hard not to feel some kind of pressure on here. My stream does have some "travel snaps" in it but you wanna know what...I had a cracking good time taking them. Who cares if they're not "professional". I'm always looking for new places to go so if you know some good spots where you live, I'll give you some great locations where I live which is British Columbia. I use this site mostly for travel and I have sets of where I live so other people can get an idea of what it's like. It's good fun eh...building the world one photo at a time.
