Human Resource Professional, my journey of Human Resource started at the age seventeen years as when I selected Human Resource Management as specialization paper in Bachelors of Commerce and then again in MBA I select Human Resource as specialization.

My theoretical knowledge get blend of practical knowledge when I Joined Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd, a OEM with a ISO 10015 certification Company. Here apart from basic HR Activates, I worked in Employee Engagement activities, and many HR innovative activates which are considered as a HR Best Practices.

I also get an opportunity to explore practical blend of knowledge in an Assam based Tea Estate Company, named as Pirthunagar Tea Estate Company, where I get a chance to provide consultation regarding HR and IR issues.

I had contributed a little part of Social Responsibility in a national based job fair which was two days recruitment process organized by Ability Foundation, more 54 India’s renowned corporate take active part in selecting disable peoples dose who are graduate, Honorable finance Minister of India Mr. P Chidambaram facilitate the program.

I had explored live projects International Human Resource Management, visited Industrial business hubs, International Factory visits, trade bodies, business hubs and international markets as a part of learning as well as gain international exposure, Participated in Global Entreprenureship week Singapore.
