The Trim Down Club philosophy is that weight can be managed and reduced by eating the right combination of healthy, unprocessed foods, which balances protein, carbohydrate and fat intake. In addition, the body should never be allowed to get hungry.
The program encourages eating five to six meals per day, and calories are never counted. All recommended foods are unprocessed, but are generally available everywhere. Many are already in most people’s kitchens.
The mission of the Trimdownclub is to encourage people to give up foods that are assumed to be healthy like concentrated fruit juice, margarine, GMO corn, whole wheat bread, and processed soy, and replace them with more-natural, healthier, and just-as-satisfying foods like sprouted whole grains, raw dairy, and olive oil, that are also tasty alternatives. At the same time, the club believes that weight loss should happen slowly, and that permanent weight loss only occurs when the body achieves it naturally.
Using the Trim Down Club program, members have reported that warning signs for diseases like diabetes, arteriosclerosis, and heart disease have diminished.
