Here's a really nice Caffenol recipe with beer:

DEVELOPER MONO HYBRID RECIPE (double to make a gallon) COFFEE CRYSTALS (HIGH CON) & BEER (LOW CON) COMBO

1000 ml of water (tap water is fine)

100 g (20 tsp) washing soda

30 g (6 tsp) vitamin C

60 g (12 tsp) instant coffee

1000ml dark beer, such as modelo negra

(dissolved in that order!) – 15 min at 77°F, move gently. Then water briefly and fix using a conventional fixer.
