I have started DSLR photography since Aug 2011 and my Flickr account was open since Aug 2012.

My history:-

Initially I was using my Sony compact W150 wherever I went. After a few travel trips, I suddenly realized that I love photography. From there on wards, I have bought myself a tripod to hold my compact camera in order to produce quality night shots with ISO 100.

After trying out for a period of time on aperture shots (with front of back filled with blur effects), slow shutter (which I can only do it at low light), single focus point (focus 1st, then switch angle) and different modes, I begin to realize the limitation of my compact camera.

Moreover, I cannot really crop photos that taken by my Sony compact W150. The Quality will become very poor after cropped.

Then I have decided to invest on a DSLR to have more features and to capture a higher quality shots.

In Aug 2011, I have bought my 1st DSLR - Nikon D5100 and attended a basic photography course organized by my previous company. Things started to get more and more interesting thereafter.

* Sony compact W150 (Where it begins. Bought since year 2007)

* Nikon D5100 (My 1st DSLR. Bought on Aug 2011)

* Nikon D7000 (My 2nd and current DSLR. Bought on Feb 2013)

* Sigma 17-50mm F2.8 EX DC OS HSM

* Nikon AF-S DX Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR

* Nikon AF-S DX Nikkor 55-200mm f/4-5.6G VR
