Inspired by my Grandad's pictures of our family growing up and spending lots of time in his darkroom watching and helping him make amazing prints. I was left his cameras and equipment when he passed on, those very same cameras and lenses are being used to take pictures of my family today.
I got seriously interested in photography after my son was born and wanted to photo-document his life growing up. My stream will obviously contain a lot of pictures of my son and daughter and family life that aren't of much interest to anyone but my family/friends, but I do want to improve and get an eye for other types of photography as well, so I leave some open to public for any constructive criticism that might help me improve and come up with new ideas.
I prefer black and white photography and generally shoot with of 35mm and 120 film. I process my own film so tend to leave some technical mumbo-jumbo under most photos to mainly help me remember the processes I used. If it's useful to you then great, if not, please ignore and put it down the the ramblings of someone with a memory like a sieve.
I keep the gear minimal: Leica M6; Mamiya RB67; Yashica Mat; a bunch of film. When it come to cameras I prefer dials and mechanics to touch screens and circuit boards...

He has some lovely pictures of his son and family, most of which are a real education in quality portraiture, as well as a range of other subjects, often humorous but all excellent!
