I'm a casual photographer who's taken a lot of photos over the last decade and a half. I'm still trying to figure out the best way to share them on the Internet. Some are interestingly composed. Some are from interesting locations. Many are both. Most are neither, and I need to get good at clearing those out of the way.

My Flickr stream currently has a couple large albums from events that happened several years ago. I never made a full jump to Flickr for various reasons and I'm waiting to see if the SmugMug team can smooth out some of the user journeys to make Flickr worth a big investment of my time. (Playing back animated gifs and a smoother map experience are high on my list.)

Most of my photos are available on a Creative Commons Share Alike license (BY-SA), but please ask permission before using a photo of a person at a non-public event, since the consent of the photo subject is very important.
