I'm a 28 year old traveller. Bit of a nomand slash vagabond. Its not very often I'm in my home country for long.

At first photography started with those cheap point and shoots. It was mainly to have keepsakes and memories from my travels through Europe. A friend suggested I start taking it a bit more seriously and edit them properly (well I tried to, some of my early stuff wasn't great).

So upon my return to Australia, a DSLR was purchased (D3100) and I started to take photos more seriously. As things progressed, a year later, I upgraded again to a D7000. It won't be long til I upgrade to a FX format. My wallet will hate me then.

I quite enjoy the travel and landscape areas more so than portraiture. I guess, from being a bit of a vagabond the travel part comes natural. I really want to capture moments that encapsulate a country or region and not just token 'snapshots'.
