been into photography properly since mid 2005, although i'm going a wee bit slow as i dont post unless i'm happy with the shot and am finding it difficult.

i can use Photoshop to a degree but prefer to shoot it correctly first rather than correct it later. Suppose i should really be a little less snobbish considering my "expertise" ;)

am looking for a digital photography club local to me in manchester at the moment as i believe this would be the best course of action to help me improve my skills

also liking HDR at the moment. only discovered it on the 28th Sept 2006 but this has really fired me up. i'm currently posting in the MyFirstHDR Group until i feel brave enough to take on the bigger kids :D

still going thanx to my first SLR, Pentax Kr. should have got a SLR far sooner. tis so nice the ammount of control i have. still lots to learn though.

most of my photos are cropped to 6x4 postcard standard ready for photo printing. I am also shrinking the file sizes for uploading sakes. i have the larger pics on my HDD if anyone is interested.
