After a career of 40 plus years in land surveying and information technology, I retired to spend more time on my other interests, two of these being photography and drawing. I have been photographing the people and landscapes of the New England High Country (Northern Tablelands, NSW, Australia) for nearly two decades and have both exhibited and published books of my work. Books of landscape photography that I have published include "New England High Country: Armidale - Guyra - Uralla - Walcha", "New England High Country - Contrast and Colour", "University of New England - Images with Altitude", "New England High Country - 40 Photographers" and "New England High Country – Seasons". I have also exhibited a series of environmentally themed drawings.
