Tranan Publishing House issued its first book in 1992, and has since published over two hundred titles. The publishing house is specialized in translated quality fiction from Africa, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe; language areas often neglected on the Swedish book market. In English, Tranan means ”The Crane”.
