A CITY WITHOUT A TRAMWAY IS A CITY WITHOUT A SOUL.
I've been a tram fan since I was a child, growing up in Leeds, England in the 1950s during the final years of their tram operation. Since the 1970s I have travelled to many countries to ride and photograph trams. I also have a life-long interest in railways and buses, although trams are my first love. These interests are reflected in my albums.
In those dark Coronavirus restrictions days, time hung heavy and I decided to expand my postings to include interesting buildings and street scenes. Over many years, whenever I saw a beautiful, ugly or strange building (often between tram or train rides), I photographed it. The quality of these images is not great, but they were taken on a "see it, click it" basis and not with a tripod or with a time exposure.
