TOTTERIDGE FC PHOTOGRAPHIC PUBLICATION POLICY

 

Publication is images used in the public domain either through electronic form on the club web site or social media pages or paper form through printed publications available to the general public.

 

This policy applies to photographs that portray any persons under the age of 18 where they are either the main subject or in the foreground of the picture.

 

1) Only photographs that fulfil the following criteria shall be used for publications:

 

i. Permission for publication has been granted by the parent/guardian (through the club registration) and the opposition team manager where players from his team are featured.

 

ii. The player/child is not depicted in an embarrassing or improper pose or inappropriate state of dress (a minimum of vest or shirt and shorts).

 

2) Photographs can be accepted for publication from parents/guardians providing they fulfil the criteria as set out in item 1.

 

3) No player/child shall be identified by name; identification to be limited to the age group or team name.

 

4) Tagging of the players name by parents/guardians only shall be permitted.

 

5) Derogatory comments added to photographs shall be removed without warning.
