Michael Tormakov - photographer, artist, musician.

Born in 1983 in the town of Pikalevo Leningrad region. In 2000, after graduating from school entered the St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation. Left him in the third year and for a long time engaged in music as a guitarist, DJ, radio host. In 2009, he began seriously studying photography and explore the visual arts. Worked in the genres of reportage, portrait and the subject of photography. From 2011 to 2013 he served as a photo editor in the magazine "Garage on the table."

In the summer of 2013 there was a sharp turn in the direction of artistic photography and the redefinition of creative activity in general. Work began on the author's projects and experiments in the field of contemporary art, and images, the results of which were shown at exhibitions in early 2014.

Member of the international organization of photographers LPWA (Light Painting World Alliance)

Currently work is underway on the preparation of new exhibition projects.
