Hello 2010 - time to update the profile

I'm a SAHM to four children - our youngest will be three in January and our oldest will start drivers ed in April. It's a busy, happy and full life.

I've been taking pictures ever since I was a young girl and I have a passion for bringing stories and photos together. I love to scrapbook, but my days get full and busy and I don't get to it as much as I would like so I find myself substituting blogging and flickr as a way to share the story behind the photos.

I shoot mostly with my Canon 40D and I favor my 50mm 1.8 (hoping to upgrade to the 1.4 by years end) and my 17-50 2.8. I occasionally shoot seniors and weddings - but my real passion is just capturing everyday life the way I see it.

I also enjoy scrapbooking, stamping, camping, kayaking, frugal living, traveling, meeting new people and we're getting closer and closer to our goal of living debt-free. Bit by bit.....
