Elle is simply one of the most talented photographers I know (if you can call being a Flickr friend really 'knowing' someone!) I am lucky enough to own a print of 'Oh Dear', one of my absolute favourites. It hangs on my wall and inspires me every day. Elle is also a very generous spirit, offering encouragement and practical support to other photographers. She started the Female Photographers of Etsy group, instigates collaborations and is always at the forefront of projects such as the Female Self-Portrait Artists' Support Group's two books - a collaboration of work of which I'm proud to be a part. Her work is always so wonderful - long may it continue!

I own many pieces of Elle's work and am honored to have them in my home. Her photography was the inspiration for me to begin my journey into the hobby, though our styles are very different. I think that is because as I got to work online alongside her I realize that she comes to life through her work. It's unique, creative, exotic, romantic, vintage, feminine, one of a kind, surreal....I can't help but be drawn into it. I have spent many times simply admiring her photo stream, from beginning to end. In addition she is a wonderful and modest person. I highly recommend following Elle's work!

So it must be all in my dreams that I have written a testimonial to this fantastically insane, talented woman! Tonight I've sat browsing and scouring her images for the millionth time.......been reading the praises of her testimonials and then panicked at the thought of not seeing my dreamt testimnonial! How the fuck have I not written it before now. I even own some of this girls work which proudly hangs in my dining room! Elle's work is excellent, I'm jealous of her style, it's just so yummy!!! Today I came to the stunning realization that I've not yet written a testimonial for Elle. ( Truth be told, I don't write enough of them. ) Elle's stream is one of my most favorite to visit here on Flickr. It's definitely among the first few I check out if I've been away for a while, and if I catch a thumbnail of hers somewhere I am sure to click on it. It's funny, because in my early Flickr days, I saw her as one of those untouchable, intimidating, ridiculously talented people - I was simultaneously infatuated with her work and too sheepish to tell her so! Thanks to FSPASG, however.... I now have the pleasure of knowing that she is a very real, very sweet, and very modest person (in addition to being ridiculously talented), and I feel lucky to know her. I adore the quirkiness of her photos. I love that she shows so much diversity while maintaining her own certain style and mood. Her ability to turn everyday objects into interesting art is astounding. Her self-portraits are haunting, nostalgic, sexy, playful, and dramatic - often, all rolled into one. And always beautiful. Above all, I simply never tire of looking at her work, and I don't suspect I ever will. xoxo

As soon as I came across Elle Moss, I was enamoured with her soft, vintage tones. Everything she creates has this air of thoughtful perfection—each serene pose and gaze, each carefully framed shot, each choice of subtle, beautiful layers. I am continually envious of her stylistic choices—both in photography and in fashion. She also impresses me with her delicate use of symmetry. Through using reflection, she creates a twinned world that meets at the mirror line with compelling grace. Her photography continues to progress with uniqueness and creativity that I am eager to explore with every upload. Being part of her vintage, surreal world, even just for a moment, is something I look forward to in my flickr life. She is an amazingly imaginative woman.

Elle has a such a great quaint style that I always mistake her for being English ;) There's also something very sweet and delicate about her images that I also forget she's quite grown up, and a mother! Like Elle's other fans I agree there is most definitely Elle's own 'world' in her imagery. There is something about the colour and tone in her work that is almost a trademark of her own, and in her surreal 'doubled' images, there is a superadded sense that we can't, and don't want to, escape... Elle has recently proved to be able to apply her signature style perfectly to pursuits outside of Flickr. The impression I have of Elle is that she is an ambitious, driven artist with an entrepreneurial spirit as well as fantastic creativity, and I wish her so much luck in her future endeavours.

I love her mirrored images (each and everyone in her duplicity set), they are often quirky-modern teamed perfectly with a real twist of vintage. Amongst my favourites are the ingenious captures, with an elegant pose, to die for acessories and benefitting from the clever choice in reflection point. They make me stop and think.
