Simple is as simple does.

I still remember the day! January 15th 2007. I can remember driving into work (then job as a pharmacological procurement and regulatory officer) with my father. I was in the passenger seat and we shouldn't not have been going into work in his 1994 Acura. I had my head on the road the whole drive but from time to time I would be in awe of what I was seeing outside of the window. Crops and trees in perfect symmetry and all leaning in the same direction. Why? because the Niagara Region was pummeled with a huge ice storm that cause massive outages and delays. It was that moment where I said I wish I had a camera.

Summer layoff were being mentioned as the owners were to head to France for the summer. It was expected that all employees go on E.I and wait till their return. So that May I purchased my first camera the Nikon D80.

This was a brand new experience for me and very foreign my previous camera was a film Kodak childs play version. I read, watched and researched the heck out of it...played and experimented. Some shots were good some were ok, some were I wish I did this instead, but it was all these emotions and hours spent that lead me to buying the D7100 and now the D750.

I have been a member of flickr since 2007 ...yikes... I was very active for about 2 years and then the love faded.

I am currently working as a graphic artist and marketing facilitator.
