My art - the reflecting, mirroring of what I see - comes from a deep love and respect of what is living art - nature itself.

I paint what I see without wishing to add deep meaning or context. Nature is inherently beautiful as it is. To change it would be to detract from what is already perfect. This is why, as much as I am able, I paint, or rather reflect, what I see. I just wish to extend onto board and canvas and share with others this natural beauty - nature and its environment.

This for me is to complete a circle that is everlasting and perpetual. Not of taking, but of receiving, this gift - the beauty of nature - and giving it to others in the form of a painting - a continuum. The art of nature as art.
