I served two terms as county executive of Nassau County, NY. In 2001, I became the first Democratic county executive elected to the post since 1971. This is the OFFICIAL FLICKR page of Tom Suozzi for County Executive 2013.

I am proud of my record of having turned Nassau County around, and I’m driven to work even harder to implement smart and innovative solutions to issues we now confront. But, more important, I have a vision of our county’s future that will not try and frighten you about the loss of our past, but excite you about the opportunities for our future. We must work to make Nassau the best county in the country. A county for your children and mine to call home. Let’s do it together.
