I am a San Francisco based photographer. I took up photography in 1987 when I quit my job to travel around the world for 18 months. During the trip I discovered that my most intense experiences and memories came while behind the lens. Since then I have taken photographs in 60 countries on six continents. My photos have won international competitions and have been exhibited around the world. In 2023 I had photos displayed in the Yosemite Museum, the de Young Museum in San Francisco, and the National Zoological Museum of China in Beijing.
