On a serious note, most everything I put up is my own, and is Licensed Attribution-ShareAlike Creative Commons.

This means that legally, you can use it for whatever you want, but you cannot OWN it, and you MUST provide attribution. So my name or a weblink to my name must be included in EVERY USE. I prefer my whole name (above).

Flickr allows users to set a global and per image license.

PLEASE USE IT.

Please avoid the "non-commercial" license. I know it sounds good, but it means the user must ensure all future uses are never on anything that is sold. This makes it impossible to use in many noble and world-benefiting non-commercial instances (such as Wikipedia).
