My passion is street photography and portraiture. I try to capture people in their everyday environment with empathy and honor their unique lives by showing respect.
After moving to Bangkok in 2014, I developed an interest in photography and cinema, which I explored while traveling around Asia and documenting local cultures. My images have been published in the Bangkok Post, The Nation (Thailand), Arts Asia and the Bangkok Photographers Magazine. I also worked as a still photographer on film sets, music videos and concerts. To gain more experience in film, I apprenticed at Mufasa Productions in Thailand, focusing on camerawork.
Following four years in Asia, I returned to Prague to pursue an M.A. in Cinema Studies. There I also founded Prague Music Connection, a music criticism and photography platform dedicated to promoting young artists. Moreover, I began establishing myself as a concert photographer at Film Music Prague Festival and Czech Radio, where I worked as Music Editor.
In 2021, I moved to New York City, where I currently pursue a Ph.D. in Music at NYU. Recently, I went on photography assignments and expeditions in Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Hungary, Austria, Norway and Spain.
