Hi! I am Mario Santoro, an Italian photographer and lover of Italian food. I am the owner of TodiCastle Estate.

The Estate is composed of a Medieval Castle (now a Historic Hotel) and three gorgeous Villas each with beautiful pool and available for rentals.

I was born in Cuba when my father was Italy's Ambassador there with my family. I have lived in many foreign countries for many years. When we returned to Italy, we decided to undertake the transformations of TodiCastle into a Country-Luxury Hotel for international guests and an organic farm. Also three of the Villas on the Estate have been restored and made available for rentals. I have continued my photographic artistic career. My photographs have been exhibited in the USA, Japan and Europe.

At TodiCastle Estate you will find the best Umbrian wines, olive oil and Italian typical dishes, made with our production of organic ingredients.
