Basically, I'm an entertainment and technology specialist who loves to tinker with electronic hardware and computer software to create multimedia art and then figure out how best to distribute it and monetize it using the internet. I'm also a professional audio engineer/producer since 1991 and I love to engineer and create music in the studio. As a former record label and publishing company executive, I also believe in respecting copyrights and balancing the fair use of them - but wish in today's digital climate, more artists/creators could make a decent living off of their craft... (In the meantime, I'm waiting for someone to help me build and administer a new collective performing rights organization built specifically for independent musicians that uses real-time metrics rather than statistical sampling...)

I'm also a classically trained musician (with an insatiable appetite for Jazz and Reggae) who has been actively performing playing the trumpet since 1986. I hold music, audio and business degrees and work internationally as a digital media consultant with a background in radio, television, film. I'm always looking for exciting new projects to work on - so feel free to give me a holler! Throughout my career, I've always focused on artist rights issues and on building synergistic relationships. Drawing on my real world education and experience, I consistently follow the evolution and the intersections of entertainment and technology. I'm passionate about teaching and helping others and enjoy sharing my knowledge and experiences at workshops, clinics and seminars.

Currently, I'm the Business Development Manager for Audiovox Electronic Corporation's Digital A/V Product Development group in Indianapolis and I also serve on the Advisory Boards for the Digital Media Alliance of Florida (DMAF) and Fitphonic Systems.
