Wife, mom, wannabe-photographer and cake decorator!

I currently shoot with a Nikon D70. Next on my wish list is a D700s. ;-) I've made a lot of progress in my photography over the last year or so, but I always have more to learn. I am open to advice and helpful suggestions. Constructive criticism is welcome, but please don't make me cry! I'm currently putting together a portfolio in hopes of spreading the word that I want to start doing this photography thing for money.

In an ideal world I'd be able to find a way to combine my love for photography with my love for cooking and turn that into an awesome job. I very often cook food and then photograph it. The results are usually very good. Not always... :) but more often than not.

I also want to learn to be a Photoshop Guru. That's a lot more difficult than the photography part!

I've recently let my Flickr Pro account lapse so many of my pictures are hidden. They aren't GONE but aren't viewable. Let me know if you're looking for something specific and I may be able to give you another link.
