Tim Hussein Castlen is definitely not a terrorist, but he is a terrific photographer! I discovered Tim's work on pbase.com last year and I've been hooked ever since. I love the way he captures Baltimore and everywhere else he goes. I love Baltimore and I love to see great pictures of daily life here and Tim does an amazing job of accomplishing that. He definitely has a style, but his photos are never the same and I never really know what to expect when I return to his pages, which are always interesting.

Tim is the quintessential street photographer working in the (mostly) post-film era. He has a natural feel for the edges of the frame and interacting with the human subject. The occasional vignetting of his photographs is just beautiful.
