Tizani Engineering is a civil engineering firm with offices located in Southern California, and overseas. We provide planning, and final engineering for residential projects, commercial projects and municipal projects. Our goal is to provide the highest possible level of service to our clients.

We prepare and process all documents required for the entitlement of the project. After the entitlements have been obtained, we will produce final engineering construction plans including, Mass, Rough, and Precise Grading plans, storm Drain plans, Street Improvement plans, and Final Tract/Parcel Maps. Not only do we provide these technical services, but we also forge a project management partnership with its clients. We help clients to understand and manage the various complicated processes throughout the entitlement and engineering stages of development. Our firm provides a full range of services for commercial, industrial, development of residential, recreational, educational property and civic improvements.
