After 9 years, I am leaving Flickr. The account will probably stay active, but I'm moving to 500px, mainly because of the arbitrary nature of the 1000 photo limit and the way that they are just going to delete the rest. Plus, they are hiking a service up from $25 dollars a year to $50, with no inbetweeny tier. I have never used Flickr as a pic dump and have stayed even though it's been passed from company to company. I will be slowly moving photos over to 500px.
