Right. I am almost twenty so I've decided to write a brand new profile. Here goes.

I've started taking photos when I was about fourteen but I was really crap at it. But along with two friends, we began to popularise photography in our school (remember, this was the time before the popularisation of smartphones).

I took a lot of flak under these two mates, mostly because I really was crap and because I wanted to be more like them (they also had far superior equipment), I remembered one of the lessons my dad taught me when I was a mere child.

My dad never bought me a camera, even though I constantly begged. Right about when I was four, he gave me a camera that used films (anyone remember these things?) and he told me, to take photos I need to learn what to put in the picture. So as a four year old, I happily went around snapping without having actual film in my camera. Then when 2 Megapixel commercially available cameras became popular, I begged him to get me one. Instead, he got me a much cheaper camera that, you guessed it, used film (this time he bought me the films).

"To take photos, you need to learn what to put in it"

That is still my philosophy behind my photography. Photography is not about fancy photoshop skills or expensive equipment. If you have no eye for a good photo, what is the point of having all that?

While I cannot claim that my photos are brilliant of any sort, I definitely conceive myself as better than those whose only obsession with photography is with photoshop lessons/workshops or/and expensive equipment.

Outside of photography, I am a very passionate chef, petrolhead formula 1 and football fan as well as an undergraduate History student. I also love to rant on a lot of things and if you would like to view some of the nonsense I talk about, here is my Blog @ Absolute Rubbish

And my facebook page @ TimoStudios, along with these, I also plan to start a cooking channel, teaching uni students how to cook some proper food that are easy to prepare.

And there you have it, yours truly in a (very long winded) snapshot.

And here are some of my best mates' profiles.
