Bio:

I grew up in Virginia, just outside of Washington D.C. I now work on the various sides of TV production, but mostly in studios around the Denver market. I got into shooting stills a few years after learning video. I have a BA from Harding University in Electronic Media Production and an MFA from the Academy of Art in Web Design.

Equipment:

I have two Nikon DSLRs that I use. I have both a D40 and a D90. I also have a Sony Cybershot point and shoot. As for video, I have a Canon XL H1a

Processing:

I shoot what is called "HDR" photography. My process of post-production photo processing is by using a current version of Photomatix and Adobe's Photoshop. Many people are against using computers to improve the look of their photos, but as TV Guy & Heff45 once explained to me: "Even with the best technology of today's cameras, none of them will ever be able to fully capture how the image looked to the human eye. Processing your photos and using some of the computer programs available to us today brings us that much closer to our memory capture. The best camera out there is the human eye."
